Roxann is the web designer for the Division of Rehabilitation Sciences and the Sealy Center on Aging at UTMB, including the following research related programs: the Rehabilitation Research Career Development Program (RRCD), the Center for Rehabilitation Research using Large Datasets (CRRLD), Comparative Effectiveness Research on Cancer in Texas (CERCIT), the Claude D. Pepper Older Americans Independence Center (OAIC), Patient-Centered Outcomes Research in the Elderly (PCOR), the East Texas Geriatric Education Center-Consortium (ETGEC-C) and the World Health Organization/Pan American Health Organization Collaborating Center for Research on Aging and Hispanic Health (WHO/PAHO).
Previously, Roxann was involved in the development of successful online programs at the UTMB School of Nursing. She has a background in graphic design and photography and in 2009 she completed a Master of Arts degree in Humanities (Images Track) at the University of Houston. She is currently a member of the eLearning Guild and is passionate about facilitating communication regarding UTMB's programs, using the latest multimedia technology available.
