Galveston Brain Injury Conference (GBIC)
The Galveston Brain Injury Conference (GBIC) began in 2001 as a follow-up to a 1999 NIH Consensus Conference on Brain Injury Research. This Gordon style conference includes invited participants who are national and international leaders in the field of brain injury research. The GBIC has become one of the premiere brain injury meetings attracting investigators, educators and clinicians from across North America to discuss various research topics in traumatic brain injury.
